Little children are a treasure, their worth you cannot measure.” Ron Zupsic’s Precious Little Children

We are indeed privileged to have precious children in our homes. And we are also greatly privileged to have people who tirelessly and faithfully support us and all our endeavours for the children.

Thank you once again to all donors, sponsors, volunteers and staff for making things happen.

Above all, we continue to thank our Heavenly Father who never fails to provide.

Logos Hope Teams At Helping Hands

Helping Hands was so blessed to have different teams from Logos Hope spend time doing volunteer work for us and the community where we operate for a week.

They built a jungle gym, conducted a dental, health and hygiene training day, welcomed and spent time with our children on board the Logos Hope ship, and set up a library for the community.

Chicken Farming With Themba

Themba, one of our caregivers, has started a chicken farming project at the Helping Hands premises. He teaches the kids how to take care of the chicks and about growing chickens.

The chickens are used as part of the meals for the home. Any excess supply is sold to the community with the funds used for the children’s other needs.

New Beneficiary In Sponsor-A-Child Program

Our precious 9-year old Phindile is the latest beneficiary in our Sponsor-A-Child program, bringing to 10 the total number of children benefiting from this initiative. Her sponsorship started in May.

We would like to thank all our generous and faithful sponsors for their donations.

For those who are interested to sponsor a child (we have 10 more needing sponsorships), you can email us at To know more about the program, click here.

Upcoming Project: Borehole Project

We are raising funds for a borehole to be constructed at the Helping Hands premises. This will allow for a constant supply of water to the children’s home.

We have been blessed with a water pump, but still need other materials to complete the project. If you are interested to contribute to this cause, please email us at
